Job Description:

We are a leading digital marketing agency delivering innovative design and strategy solutions for brands across various industries.

As a highly creative Visual Storyteller, you will conceptualize and deliver top-notch visual content across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design compelling social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts that drive engagement.
  • Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
Visual Content Creation:
  • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
  • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
  • Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
Motion Graphics & Video Production:
  • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
  • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
  • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
  • Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
  • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
Creative Innovation & Collaboration:
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.
  • Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
  • Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
