The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client briefs into captivating visual solutions.

This role requires a creative problem-solver who can balance artistic expression with practicality, delivering engaging designs that align with brand identities and marketing goals while fostering collaboration and productivity within the team.

The responsibilities include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with additional knowledge of AfterEffects being a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills, including the ability to lead design teams, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration.
