System Architect

In this role, you will design and implement scalable collaboration systems. This includes ensuring high availability, capacity planning, and scalability.

  • Develop and maintain scalable collaboration systems.
  • Analyze system performance and implement optimizations.
  • Ensure system security and implement best practices.
  • Provide technical documentation and support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, and test new system components.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes and manage solution implementation.
  • Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers.


You will have:

  • 7+yrs technology development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Able to decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • A successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
