**Job Title:** Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced systems engineer to maintain and optimize collaboration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure the smooth operation of collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Change Management: Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes to ensure business continuity.
  • System Security: Implement robust security measures to protect system assets, respond to failures or performance issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports on system performance, capacity, availability, and security for senior management.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology support.
  • Extensive experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit optimism in challenging situations.
  • Capacity to decompose complex problems into manageable components and offer succinct solutions.
  • Experience in building efficient workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other collaboration platforms for systems integration and automation support.
