Job Role: Guest Service Representative

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. This key member will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome members and guests, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
  2. Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  3. Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before, during, and after service
  4. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly
  5. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods
  6. Follow established protocols for service delivery, billing, and table turnover
  7. Support the setup and service of private dining experiences and member events
  8. Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and coordinate with the stewarding team as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols
  • Presentable and well-groomed, with a calm and confident demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an added advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs
