Talent Development Specialist

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a talented professional to lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers. As the first point of contact for their hiring needs, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a stakeholder matrix to ensure seamless communication.
- Providing specialist advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
- Identifying and escalating risk and compliance issues.
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information.
- Assisting in the induction and training of new team members.
- Ensuring the recruitment delivery process meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing/agency industry or Corporate HR.
- Proven experience leading multiple stakeholder conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and influence abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
