About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with candidates and team members. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices related to recruitment and employment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various job openings
  • Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interview schedules with shortlisted candidates
  • Assisting in negotiating job offers and employment terms with selected candidates
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts
