Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Specialist to drive process improvements and lead projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business processes and workflows, with a focus on standardizing, improving or automating them. This role involves delivering process and solution documentation across various teams, geographies, and tools.

The successful candidate will monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. They will document all work to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and goal achievement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
