Operational Finance Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in our finance department, leading the standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial accounting, with a strong focus on operational finance. They will lead global process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies.

  • Ensure that all transactional activities are standardized, simplified, and automated.
  • Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop remote teams. They will also have strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and persuade stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize, simplify, and automate transactional activities.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in F&A.
  • At least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
