Job Title: Financial Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- Evaluate tenders received from design, construction, and infrastructure packages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assess tender estimates with budget provisions and collaborate with design and execution teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Finalize project concepts, detailed designs, and cost estimates through thorough analysis and evaluation.
- Monitor costs for assigned projects and work closely with departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Compile management information systems (MIS) reports to inform strategic decision-making and implement process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from a reputable institution to provide a strong foundation in financial management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving complex financial issues.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey financial insights.
- Ability to work in a team environment with high people orientation to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BOQ standardization, safety requirements, and tender package management to enhance project delivery.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required to meet tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
