Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with hands-on experience in financial management and fund administration. This role will focus on delivering high-quality financial reporting while supporting portfolio company oversight.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly closes, oversee full-cycle accounting, and record interest, fee, and equity income across structured deals
  • Prepare management reports, investor-ready financial statements, and support CPAs on tax prep and filings
  • Review financials from 1–5 portfolio companies and flag variances to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting
  • Standardize reporting templates and assist finance leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct fund accounting experience (private equity, private debt, or fund admin required)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
  • Background working with companies in the $10M–$100M revenue range
  • Ability to manage both fund-level and portfolio-level reporting
  • CPA preferred
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms
