Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our backend and frontend engineers in building innovative integrations that bridge modern cloud APIs with legacy banking systems. This involves coding, reviewing designs, architecting scalable solutions, and mentoring engineers to shape cutting-edge systems that impact communication stacks, core banking, lending, payments, and AI platforms.

Our approach is centered around AI-augmented development, leveraging AI tools to write better code, automate testing, and deliver high-quality products at speed. You will set the tone for excellence, staying hands-on with coding, design, and code reviews, while collaborating with Product, Implementation, and Customer teams to tackle complex challenges.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of reliability, performance, and observability. You will leverage AI tools to boost engineering productivity, drive architectural innovation, raise the bar on testing, CI/CD, security, and code quality, and build a high-performing engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and growth.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong skills in Golang (required), plus React/JavaScript; Python a plus. Experience in microservices, asynchronous systems, CI/CD, and scalable architectures. A proven track record in fintech or enterprise SaaS product-based companies. Familiarity with AI/GenAI dev tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf. A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills. Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
