Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and help us build innovative solutions using the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

This is a challenging role that requires strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Search Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing prompts for LLM workflows, building RAG pipelines using Vector Databases, integrating LLMS into internal tools and dashboards, and implementing GenAI solutions using LangChain and other technologies.

  • Design and Optimize Prompts: Ensure accuracy and relevance of LLM workflows by crafting effective prompts.
  • Build RAG Pipelines: Develop efficient RAG pipelines using Vector Databases such as Fais, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
  • Integrate LLMS: Seamlessly integrate LLMs into internal tools and dashboards.
  • Implement GenAI Solutions: Leverage LangChain and other technologies to develop innovative GenAI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in engineering with 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, and LLaimaindex.
  • Deep knowledge of Vector Databases and Embeddings.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying RAG architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Multi-Modal Models and Fine-Tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with Developer-Facing GenAI Use Cases: Infra-as-Code Review, Changelog Generation, Log Triage.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, GitOps, and DevSecOps.

Work Location and Mode:

  • Xebia Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, Bhopal, Jaipur.
  • Hybrid Model: 3 days/week from office.
