Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Professional to drive the development and implementation of our compensation strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing fair and competitive compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
  • Leading annual salary revision exercises through market analysis, surveys, and budget planning.
  • Communicating compensation programs to employees and management through clear and concise messaging.
  • Maintaining and improving existing compensation programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to inform compensation decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR.
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design/governance.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
