About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement and increasing brand awareness through effective marketing strategies. This position demands creativity, adaptability, and a sharp focus on results.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms to boost sales.
- Manage social media activities, including content planning, posting, and community building.
- Conduct keyword research, write engaging blog posts, and optimize website content to enhance SEO efforts.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce creative assets for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
- Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing.
- Organizational and project management skills with attention to deadlines.
