Our organization seeks a highly skilled and innovative Manufacturing Excellence professional to spearhead process improvements and lead WCM practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver high-impact service improvement initiatives by employing cutting-edge process improvement methodologies and creative thinking.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence to foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving manufacturing transformation.\
  • Establish and sustain better value and greater efficiency through process optimization, eliminating unnecessary complexity, and identifying innovative ways of working.\
  • Develop and implement a world-class continuous improvement strategy, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives.\
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from inception to delivery, navigating internal governance and controls.\
  • Implement the standard world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants, ensuring alignment with business requirements.\
  • Maintain active monitoring of project risks, foreseeing potential problems, and proactively identifying solutions.\
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management, reporting on business impact and project objectives/dependencies.\
  • Set up programs, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.\
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery, identify areas for improvement, and inform future projects.\
  • Drive the continuous improvement of efficiency KPIs in manufacturing sites, promoting operational excellence.\
  • Implement lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational performance.\
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs, fostering a culture of innovation.\
  • Support operations in designing, developing, and implementing policy deployment within the organization, cascading KPIs and KRAs.\
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.\
  • Ensure ongoing learning and development of employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods, promoting a culture of continuous growth.\
  • Coches and facilitates teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities, driving collective success.\
  • Lead diverse cross-functional teams, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional interaction with stakeholders.\

    • Strong honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.\
    • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.\
    • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills, interpreting business needs and translating them into operational requirements.\
    • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops with business stakeholders, including experience in process/value stream mapping.\
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\
    • Experience in designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement, taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery.\
    • Hands-on experience in implementing continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions, driving operational excellence.\
