Process Optimization Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing people management, performance tracking, and leading cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Transformation (80%): Design and implement an operational excellence framework tailored to the vertical, focusing on process efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and manage detailed KPI tables across all businesses in the e-commerce domain, driving continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to optimize internal business processes, enhancing productivity and quality standards.
- Service Delivery (20%): Provide support to process owners, including people management, performance analysis, financial monitoring, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs, and content developers.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
