Human Resources Manager Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a key role responsible for the effective management of human capital within an organization. This includes hiring, onboarding, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Provide assistance with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing employee compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Travel across regions as required to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Prior experience working with medical professionals is highly desirable.
