  • The Human Resource Lead role involves partnering with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain global talent. As a key player in the HR function, you will work closely with leaders to make informed decisions about people management.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive HR support throughout an employee's lifecycle.
  • Lead the HR Business Partner team in driving focus and progress on critical human resource metrics, including recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams, promoting high-performance culture.
  • Identify critical roles and key talent, developing plans to staff these positions with top talent that aligns with business needs and values.
  • Oversee talent management efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, providing expertise and oversight on labor and employment concerns.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, with a master's degree or relevant HR certifications being highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
