Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to oversee the implementation of our human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements & Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, with people-oriented and results-driven leadership skills. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, and excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential.
