Hotel Cleanliness Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  2. Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-stocked with amenities.
  3. Stock carts with cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
  4. Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
  5. Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure efficient room cleanings and high-quality service.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
