This role is part of our HR function and will be located in Bangalore. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle:
- HR Operations: Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Employee Services: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction in all employee interactions.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Prepare and maintain statutory HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support business decisions and HR initiatives.
- Process management: Partner with business teams, HRBPs, and other CoEs on key HR processes. Analyze data and bring out insights related to the HR processes. Maintain and strengthen HR projects and initiatives, including policies and procedures.
- Minimum 8 years of HR Operations experience in a HR Shared Services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Experience in Payroll, Compensation, HR analytics, and ERP (Workday) would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
