Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at SuperPe.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves a blend of administrative responsibilities, HR activities, and assisting senior staff members. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks with confidence.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and handling correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies to ensure smooth operations and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as needed, considering budget constraints and preferences.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation, focusing on clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and functioning efficiently by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility services, addressing any technical issues promptly.

HR Activities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, ensuring fairness and equality.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, guaranteeing confidentiality and accuracy while adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions, promoting a positive work environment and fostering growth.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Assisting Senior Staff:

  • Manage personal scheduling and reminders for senior staff members, prioritizing their tasks and deadlines.
  • Handle occasional personal errands, such as coordinating deliveries, managing purchases, and overseeing miscellaneous tasks, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ensure the CEO's personal and professional priorities are effectively balanced, maintaining a harmonious work-life balance.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
