Electrical and Instrumentation Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation professional to lead maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.
  • System Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of maintaining machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Team Development and Training: Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
