Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to employees across the organization, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Source, recruit, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees, including training and development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, handle conflicts, and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, manage time-off requests, and ensure accurate payment of employees.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8-13 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
