AI Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key part in dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development.

  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and contribute to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) workflows.
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

Contract Details:
