Job Description

We're looking for a skilled AI/ML engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy AI models that power our companion. This includes training, fine-tuning, and optimizing models using deep learning techniques such as transformers and large language models.

You'll work closely with our product and design teams to ensure our AI bestie is both functional and user-friendly. This involves experimenting with different approaches to recommendation systems, natural language processing, and conversational AI.

Requirements
  • A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP (bonus if you've worked with large language models)
  • Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Ability to prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results
  • Experience with productionizing models is a plus (research is great, but shipping is magic)
