We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in building innovative solutions leveraging machine learning and large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance products enabled by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Design and implement Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems: Data indexing, ranking, query processing.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance using a polyglot approach with open-source models.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code using technologies such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
