Job Description

We seek a Performance Marketer with over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, analytics, and all facets of digital marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement effectively.

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, display advertising, and search engines.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., Cost per Acquisition, Return on Ad Spend, Lifetime Value) to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create detailed reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead the ad creative cycle by analyzing performance data to optimize existing creatives and develop new ones.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to financial constraints.
  • Monitor spending across campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.
  • Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Understandably communicate complex analyses through dashboards and presentations.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the gaming sector or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in mobile app marketing or the gaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and user acquisition strategies.
