Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electronics, or operational research and at least 6 years of experience in advanced planning and scheduling.

About the Position

  • Manage a team of planners and schedulers to optimize project outcomes.
  • Design and execute projects and implementations at customers to meet their needs.
  • Implement optimizers and work with Agile projects methodology such as Scrum and framework such as SAFe.
  • Have experience in workforce management and APS software to streamline processes.
  • Be customer-oriented, result-oriented, and proactive in attitude.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex problems.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with PSI Metals software is a plus for those with expertise.
