Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of project schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support project managers in bids and proposals on budget preparation, schedule preparation, and other tasks assigned.
  • Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure the reliability of schedule reporting.
  • Analyze project trends over the project lifecycle to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess and report on impacts of changes to baseline plans and new forecasted dates within the scheduling tool.
  • Review impacts on schedule delivery milestones and produce recovery plans to minimize schedule delays.
  • Identify and resolve deviations from the current plan in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the work breakdown structure from original estimates within project schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather progress data.
  • Submit regular reports highlighting variances to current baselines schedules.
  • Record project scope modifications and contribute to change order submissions.
  • Monitor and control project portfolios across Canada.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking on various projects to maintain schedule integrity.
