Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy, with experience working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay (GDD), cerebral palsy (CP) & down syndrome, sensory processing disorders & neurodevelopmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational assessments, develop effective therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
  • Deliver high-quality sessions and ensure client retention.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy.
  • Licensed occupational therapist (OTR).
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ASD, ADHD, GDD, CP, DS, SPD, and NDD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
