Job Title:

A highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager is sought after to spearhead quality management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of experience in the food technology industry, with a strong background in implementing and reviewing quality assurance protocols.

  • Ensure product quality meets company standards at optimal cost.
  • Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
  • Comply with relevant statutory requirements, including regulatory bodies.
  • Guarantee products conform to specifications through process assurance from supply chain to consumer.
  • Ensure full compliance to FSQA mandates for plant operation.
  • Identify, plan, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality goals.
  • Adhere to guidelines and requirements in manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to finished goods specifications.
  • Conduct required tests for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished products.
  • Maintain two-way traceability forward to consumers and backward to raw materials.
  • Implement availability of standard chemical reagents, verify concentration, and calibrate equipment.
  • Ensure storage condition conformity for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and final products.
