Job Overview

This role is for highly skilled professionals with expertise in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing AI-powered systems, complex integrations, and modern web applications.

As a Software Quality Assurance Expert, you will lead the testing of an AI-powered property management platform featuring autonomous agents, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization
  • Testing complex third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs)
  • Validating real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing
  • Conducting performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios

You will also be responsible for:

  • Executing comprehensive testing of Django REST APIs and Angular frontend applications
  • Testing multi-tenant architecture, security, real-time dashboards, and mobile applications
  • Developing automated testing frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
  • Managing QA processes, documentation, defect tracking, and team coordination
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing
  • 2+ years of experience testing AI systems, model validation, and automation
  • Extensive REST API testing and third-party integration validation experience
  • Full-stack testing experience with Django, Angular, database, and cloud platform testing
  • Advanced automation framework development and implementation skills
Preferred Experience

The following experience would be beneficial:

  • Property management or real estate software testing
  • Financial system testing and reconciliation validation
  • QA team leadership and process optimization
  • Security testing and compliance validation

Your technical skills should include:

  • Testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL scripting
  • Platforms: Django REST Framework, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
  • CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, automated testing integration, deployment validation
