Project Manager - Precast Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our precast projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure and precast construction sectors.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee multiple projects, align resources, track progress, and showcase precast technology benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to deliver high-quality precast solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analyze project requirements and propose innovative precast construction methods as alternates to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and ensure superior quality and safety.
  • Build and manage a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize the execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post-tensioning to ramp up precast setup quickly and continually improve time-to-peak in project execution.
  • Support the development of overall capacity utilization of precast-related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.
  • Lead and build a team of production and installation engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs.
  • Establish cross-functional capability in teams for infrastructure and buildings knowledge and know-how.
  • Manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team known for their precast expertise.
  • Support standardization and modularization efforts by collecting and analyzing data of IC-wide demands and challenges.
  • Contribute to building innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.
