About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required.

What You Will Do:
  1. Lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Manage multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features.
  3. Provide technical guidance to the team on approach and architecture.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements for new products.
  • Work with stakeholders to provide transparency, proactively unblock teams, and maximize engineering throughput.
  • Ensure alignment of teams with process and goals of the organization.
