Foodsmart's mission-driven engineering team is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives and drive program execution that enhances platform performance, member experience, and population health outcomes.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in a high-growth or startup environment, with expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
  • A strong background in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated industries is preferred, but not required.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, set timelines, and track progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch.
  • Managing stakeholder communication and alignment across product, operations, and leadership.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
