Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in legal affairs, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of industrial law, business law, legal drafting, criminal law, and civil laws.
  • Proven experience in assessing and resolving legal risks at site level.
  • Able to identify potential liabilities and ensure efficient safeguarding of employer's interests.
  • Ability to assist management in making informed decisions related to the legal domain.

  4. Litigation dispute management.
  5. Tendering legal advisories.
  6. Drafting and vetting of agreements.
  7. Drafting outward communications documents with legal implications.
  8. Stay updated with latest amendments in the legal arena.
