Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our team as an Influencer Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with influencers across various categories in India.

This role involves creating a comprehensive influencer database, building partnerships, negotiating commercial deals, and managing campaign reports. You will also be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive results and meet business objectives.

  • Create a pan-India influencer database across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new influencers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate commercial deals with influencers, aligning with business objectives and strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and manage expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital literacy and a passion for the internet and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in an agency environment, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • The ability to analyze data and decode trends, using insights to inform business decisions.
  • A problem-solving attitude and a passion for building successful collaborations with influencers.
