Job Title: Oracle ERP Master Data Management Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of master data management solutions that address our data quality requirements and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing MDM solutions that meet organizational data quality needs and business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Defining data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.
  • Designing sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues.
  • Establishing metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Leading interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with metadata and reference data management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform.
