Financial Data Management Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Management specialist to join our team and help us deliver accurate, consistent and reliable master data across financial consolidation, reporting and planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing and supporting master data management solutions within the Tagetik platform. They will ensure that data governance and compliance are maintained throughout all finance and enterprise data management processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Tagetik MDM solutions for finance and enterprise data management, ensuring seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Manage hierarchies, metadata and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting), providing expertise in data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy, maintaining data governance and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment, documenting solutions and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of EPM/CPM experience, with at least 2 years in Tagetik MDM.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata and hierarchy maintenance, with hands-on experience in Tagetik Consolidation, Planning and Reporting modules.
  • Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc.) and good knowledge of SQL, ETL and data integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively in a global delivery or consulting environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting) and experience working with global teams.
  • Tagetik certifications and experience in data governance and compliance.
