Master Data Management Lead

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee offshore Master Data team ensuring expected SLA performance.

  • Effective coaching and development of team members to meet performance targets.
  • Standardization and automation of processes with the NoCC team for maximum efficiency.
  • Timely execution of supportive financial and non-financial operations.
  • Accurate setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Strategic people development and training activities.
  • Building relationships between GCC, business unit, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Master Data team within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Quality check of master data setup to prevent infractions affecting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Efficient end-to-end process management of master data.
  • Active participation in project initiatives.

General management duties include:

  • MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance target achievement.
  • Backup planning and maintenance of Training Tracking Tool.
  • SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly update.
  • Quality monitoring of team performance and closing gaps.
  • Process training documentation maintenance.
  • Review and recommendation for workflow enhancements.
  • Routine management and communication flow.
  • Best practice sharing within the business.

People management responsibilities:

  • Compliance with safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Ensuring teamwork is equipped to perform duties.
  • Administrative people management.
  • Creating a positive work environment.
  • Execution of People Cycle.
  • Strategy development and project delivery.
