Data Migration Professional

We are seeking an experienced data migration specialist to lead end-to-end data migration activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of migrated data with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration Planning & Strategy: Develop the overall data migration strategy in alignment with program objectives and timelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead the execution of data migration activities across all project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation. Manage migration of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures. Ensure accuracy and compliance of migrated data with regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the data migration process.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP implementation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and other similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
