We're looking for a strategic leader to spearhead our performance marketing efforts, focusing on scalable growth and sustainable business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital channels.
  • Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at a senior level.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • Expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience managing large budgets and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving.
