Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and driving measurable results across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon).
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage an annual digital marketing budget while ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content (e.g., reels, campaigns).

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies, analyzing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through effective budget management, trend monitoring, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Budget Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual budgets.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration.
