Role Overview

You will lead our performance marketing practice across paid channels. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.

Required Skills:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
