We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent analytical skills. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Supply Chain Planning Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

This includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years in supply chain management or a related field is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record is preferred.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed individual.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are valuable assets.
