Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Planning Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Supply Chain Planning Leader to lead our S&OP function.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory) and proven team leadership and people management experience.

The successful candidate will be hands-on with digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP, and working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA is required.

The role also requires excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred) is essential.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading S&OP function with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning.
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus.
