Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain functions for our factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics to ensure OTIF deliveries
  • Analyze and improve key SCM KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery accuracy, and material yield
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce with MBA or PG in Supply Chain preferred
  • Minimum 12-20 years of experience in supply chain or operations management in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
