Optimizing the entire supply chain process is a critical function for our company. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee this key priority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Manage end-to-end operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and optimize vendor relationships.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Forecast demand and manage supply in collaboration with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, managing complex supply chains, and leading high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
